The new collection Farce Theater publisher Edicions Aïllades presented on Wednesday, 18 from December, a las 19:30 Mediterranean bookshop hours in Ibiza. This is a new proposal in print of this stamp ibicenco, with a vocation to output the texts of the playwrights of our islands.

Yeats ESCRITOR MONTH

Irish writer William Butler Yeats is the writer of December in the Municipal Library of Can Ventosa, in Ibiza. Yeats was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1923, as a double recognition: politician, because it was just when I run the Irish Free State, and literary, because the Nobel committee said explicitly that the writer was able to express the spirit of a nation.

NEW READING CLUB

Library Cala de Bou begins the new year with the opening of a new activity: A book club. Every last Thursday of the month all people who love books have an appointment at 18:30 horas. The first meeting takes place on Thursday, 30 from January.
