WINNERS OF THE II JUANA MARIA POL I FIOL LITERARY CONTEST

El sábado 21 of November, a las 12:00 hours takes place the award ceremony of the II Joana Maria Pol i Fio Classical Culture Literary Competitionl in the cloister of the Ibiza Town Hall. Isolated Editions is a publication libro, in print, with the winning works presented in the same act.

To the contest, convened by the Library commission of the IES Santa Maria de Ibiza, some fifty works by students from different secondary schools in Ibiza and Formentera have been presented.

The book can be obtained in the main bookstores of the island and in the Literary Platform ILLES.CAT

CATEGORY 1º and 2º ESO / FPB Y

1st prize: Alexia Aflallo Álvarez de Toledo for her story “Eros Revenge” (Mestral College).

2st prize: Laia Alcaide García for her story “The guardian of the waters” (In Real).

3st prize (equally): Selena Ézaro Marino Ferrer for her story “The enigma” and Julia Ribera Garrido for her story “The nightmare” (IES San Agustín).

CATEGORY 3 and 4 ESO / FPB II / CFGM

1st prize: Lucía Costa Azqueta for her story “It sounds” (Mestral College).

2st prize: Clara Juan Alarcón for her story “The lost letters” (IES Xarc).

3st prize: Denisa Marina Vrabie for her story “Siros” (IES Xarc).

CATEGORY Baccalaureate / CFGS

1st prize: Pedro Montero Miranda for his work “Conversation about art” (IES Algarb).

2st prize: María Bellido Torres for her story “Self love” (IES Sa Serra).
