II SYMPOSIUM ON POPULAR CULTURE AND TRADITIONAL

The II SYMPOSIUM ON POPULAR CULTURE AND TRADITIONAL se celebran este año en Ibiza durante los días 3 (Friday) y 4 (Saturday) de noviembre de 2017 at the headquarters of the Archaeological Museum of Ibiza and Formentera (Via Romana, 31).

Divided into thematic blocks: landscape, feeding, etnoliteratura s etnomusicología, each will be started by a specialist in the field, which will speakers of the Balearic Islands to address more specifically the issue from the point of view island.

Participarán como ponentes en materia de cultura popular y tradicional, tanto de ámbito local como nacional, Roger Costa, Joan Reguant, Miquel Camps, Maria Cifre, Carme Oriol, Xavi Gomila, Jaume Guiscafrè, Jaume Ayats, Amadeu Corbera o Jaume Escandell, entre otros.

Estas Jornadas forman parte de un ciclo de cuatro más con periodicidad anual y rotación entre las islas de Mallorca, Menorca, IBIZA Y FORMENTERA. Las primeras jornadas, celebradas el año pasado en Mallorca, trataron del marco conceptual y normativo de la cultura popular y tradicional, y del patrimonio inmaterial.

A partir de septiembre del 2017 se abre el plazo para que todas las personas interesadas en asistir a estas Jornadas puedan inscribirse a través del web de la Dirección General de Cultura: cultura.caib.es en el apartado “Cultura Viva.
